I was listening to a wise one consoling a young one. Sensing that only laughter would free up some emotional space to move toward a breathing transition, the wise one said, "This too shall pass...Like a KIDNEY STONE!!!" Everyone within earshot burst into laughter. Those moments where you just find a breath and know that if you keep finding a breath, moment by moment, it will change. No matter what the "IT" is. I pictured this Grey Crowned Crane. They always look to me as if they just overheard something...SHOCKING.
