A Square Foot of Fauna Series
Along my back fence line, I have a series of screws about every other 3rd picket. They stick out about 1" and angle upward. Once in a while, I cut oranges in half and hang them on the screws open face. The cardinals and squirrels have a party discovering and enjoying in the delicious sweet citrus. Isn't it fun to place surprise treats in odd places and then watch with joy and eager anticipation as the finding begins?
